Confidentiality of the intellectual property attorney

L422-11 Article

In any matter and for all the services mentioned in the article L. 422-1, the intellectual property attorney keeps the professional secrecy. This secrecy extends to the addressed consultations or intended for customer, professional correspondences exchanged with customer, a fellow-member or a lawyer, the notes of maintenance and, more generally, with all the parts of the file.
