Transfert of IPRs

Our Firm can undertake prior art searches and watches about granting, putting into form, and filing applications for protection (patents, trademarks, registered designs, ...), handling examination and grant procedures in France and Europe. The results of such watching, relating in particular to patents, trademarks, and registered designs are forwarded periodically in a layout that is clear and adapted to the needs of our clients.

We can undertake financial valuation of IPRs as like as patent or design from legal audit and by using costs method or income method or market method.
